To receive Reiki you will lie down on a massage table fully clothed, little or no pressure is applied, no oils are used. The practitoner will simply place her hands on or above your head, shoulders, chest, stomach and limbs.

Most people experience deep relaxation, you may also feel tingling, pulsing, a feeling of warmth and comfort. Energy blocks are released and harmony can be acheived on all levels. Reiki is gentle enough for pregnant women.
